What we collect
When you ask for a quote or message us, we keep what you send: usually your name, email, phone number and the details of your event, like the date, the venue and how many guests.
Like most websites, we also see basic information about visits, such as which pages were looked at and roughly where visitors came from. We use it to see what's working on the site.
What we use it for
We use your details to reply to you, check availability, send you a quote and, if you book, manage the booking. When you book, we share the event details the performer needs to do the job.
We won't add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to, and we don't sell or rent your details to anyone.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and bookings are kept in our booking system for as long as we need them for the booking and our business records. If you'd like your details deleted, just ask.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or have it deleted. Email info@fine-entertainments.com and we'll sort it out.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can also contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
