The Digital Magician can build a reveal around your product, app, logo or message, so the big moment is one people genuinely didn't see coming. It's magic with a job to do.
How a bespoke reveal comes together
Every reveal is different, so there's no menu to pick from. But the process usually goes something like this:
- You tell us what you're launching, who'll be in the room and what you want them to remember
- We talk through what's possible for your brand, and what isn't
- The Digital Magician works up the idea around your product, logo, app or message
- We agree timings and tech with your event team and AV people
- On the day, your product gets its moment
The kind of thing that's possible
Because the act already works with screens, phones and cameras, there's plenty to play with. A logo could appear on a guest's own phone. A new app might do something it definitely wasn't designed to do. A message could turn up on screen at exactly the right second, or a prediction might be revealed that ties straight back to your launch.
Those are examples of the kind of thing, not promises. What actually works depends on your product and your room, which is exactly why we talk it through first.
Give it time
The more notice the better. Bespoke work takes time to get right, and launches have a habit of moving about. So get in touch as early as you can, even if the details are still changing. We'd much rather start with a rough idea than a rush job.
It also helps to bring your AV company, and whoever's producing the rest of the launch content, into the conversation early. That way the reveal fits with everything else on the day instead of being bolted on at the end.
Where launch magic works
Launch events and press days, where the reveal is the headline. Sales conferences, when you want the team heading home excited about what they're selling. Exhibitions, as a reason for people to stop at your stand (there's more on our trade show page). And internal announcements: a new brand, a new name, a big company milestone.
A reveal can also be the finale of a longer stage show, so the whole evening builds towards it.
Why magic and not just a video
A launch video is useful, but people watch it the way they watch adverts. Half-paying attention. Magic is different. It asks the audience to look closely, then rewards them for it. The surprise is what they talk about afterwards, and your product sits right in the middle of it.
There's the mystery of the performer as well. The Digital Magician works behind a digital mask, so the focus stays on the moment and on your brand rather than on a famous face. You can read more about who's behind the mask, or rather, who isn't telling.
